Damn what we all gonna do now! Shyt football season is only but so long. After more than seven hours of negotiations the NBA Players Association and the owners were no closer to resolving their contract dispute.
As a result Commissioner David Stern has cancelled the first two weeks of the season, meaning the soonest fans will see any NBA ball is November 14th.
“Despite extensive efforts, we have not been able to reach a new agreement with the players’ union that allows all 30 teams to be able to compete for a championship while fairly compensating our players,” NBA Deputy Commissioner Adam Silver said in a statement.
Stay tuned as this sad story develops. Till then maybe we can get this 2k12 popping!
