Stacey Dash Fired From Single Ladies!?

Hmmm who didn't see this coming? We all know this chick can't act her way out of a plastic bag, but she still continues to get roles! Maybe it's because she is fine as HELL!! Now rumors are circulating that Lisa Raye had something to do with Stacey getting the AX.

Lisa Raye says she didn't have Stacey Dash fired and doesn't even have the power to do so in the first place.

LisaRaye, addressed the rumors with the following message posted to her FB wall:

“As everyone knows I am in Italy vacationing. I was just made aware of the lies that are being spread by *********** and other blogs that like to create false stories. I was not even aware that Stacy Dash had been fired from Single Ladies. Furthermore if she has been fired that is a network decision. I don’t have the power to get her fired nor do I have any beef with her. Now im going to go continue enjoying my vacation!

Show writer and executive producer Stacey Littlejohn also responded to the rumor via Facebook:

LisaRaye is a very strong woman and we love her, but she does not have that kind of power, nor at any time did she seek to influence any casting decisions. Furthermore, no cast member of Single Ladies has the power to get another cast member fired. the 6th grade back-stabbing that LisaRaye’s being accused of is completely the creation of uninformed, instigating Internet gossip. Please don’t buy into it. Let’s just celebrate that we have a Season 2 coming!!!!

In Touch Weekly reported that Dash was not asked to return for season 2. The outlet cited sources who said Stacey “feuded with the cast, cancelled promos and caused entirely too much drama.” We know it was her acting! #ohgrease....

According to In Touch, casting is already underway for her replacement so that they can begin shooting the next season. It’s also rumored that producer Queen Latifah put in the call to fire Stacey herself.

Well we shall soon see who the replacement is, but till then who do you think it should be? We vote Megan Goode!
