Frances Bay From Happy Gilmore Dies at 92

We are sad to report that Frances Bay, known by most for playing the part of Adam Sandler's grandmother in Happy Gilmore, has passed away at the age of ninety-two.
She was also loved for her reoccurring role on Seinfeld. In 2002, Bay had her right leg amputated after being hit by a car but returned to acting not long after. She was inducted into Canada’s Walk of Fame in 2008. Her last acting role was on the ABC's The Middle (sitcom).
