Vybz Kartel Charged with 2nd Murder

#WTF is going on this week? CMNY has learned that Dancehall veteran Vybz Kartel has caught himself yet another murder rap.
The singer has been charged with the murder of Clive "Lizard" Williams. Investigators in Jamaica believe Kartel worked with an associate, named Kiro Jones.
This incident with "Lizard" marks Kartel's second murder charge in one month. He faces a murder conspiracy charge in the killing of music promoter Barrington "Bossie" Burton.
Other charges include illegal possession of a firearm and marijuana. According to authorities, Kartel and Jones were charged last night at 6:30 pm. Damn guess people can't just go to the studio then go to the crib huh? Keep it locked as this story develops...
